Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing ("GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing," "we," or "us") and the customer ("you") purchasing website design, development, or management services. By purchasing any package or monthly plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing provides website design, development, online booking integration, local SEO setup, social media integration, and ongoing website management services as described in the package you select. The specific features included in each package are listed on our Pricing page.

2. Packages & Payment

• One-Time Purchase: You pay a single fee for the complete website project. Upon completion and full payment, you own the finished website. Ongoing website management and maintenance are not included with a one-time purchase unless you add a Website Care Plan.
• Monthly Plan: You pay a monthly fee plus a one-time setup fee. Monthly plans include website management and maintenance as described in your package. Monthly plans require a 12-month minimum commitment.

3. Monthly Plan — 12-Month Minimum Commitment

By selecting a monthly plan, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription is subject to a 12-month minimum service term. You may not cancel a monthly plan before the end of the 12-month minimum term except as provided in the Cancellation section below. After the 12-month minimum term, your plan continues month-to-month until canceled according to the Cancellation terms.

4. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee for monthly plans is charged at the start of your subscription and is non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, branding, photos, and content in a timely manner.
• Respond to review and revision requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure you have the rights to any images, text, or content you provide.
• Maintain any third-party accounts (e.g., booking tools, domain, social media) as required.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds during the design phase. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be quoted separately. Revisions do not include a full redesign.

7. Timeline

Most websites are completed within 1–2 weeks after all required content is received. Timelines depend on your responsiveness and the complexity of the project. GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing is not liable for delays caused by late content submissions or third-party services.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

• One-Time Purchase: If you cancel before work has begun, you may receive a full refund. Once design work has begun, the fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. If you are not satisfied with the final result, contact us and we will work with you to resolve concerns through the included revision process.
• Monthly Plan: The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Because monthly plans require a 12-month minimum commitment, monthly fees are not refundable and the plan may not be canceled before the end of the minimum term, except where required by law. After the 12-month minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

9. Website Care Plan

The Website Care Plan is available for customers who purchased their website outright and want ongoing management. The Care Plan is a monthly subscription priced at $49/month and may be canceled anytime with 30 days' written notice. Care Plan pricing is set by GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing and may change from time to time.

10. Ownership & Content

For one-time purchases, you own the completed website upon full payment. For monthly plans, you receive a license to use the website while your subscription is active. GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

11. Payments & Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing does not store your credit card information. By submitting payment, you authorize Stripe to charge the agreed amount.

12. Limitation of Liability

GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
