3. Accounts & Admin Access

Access to our admin tools is limited to authorized GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing personnel. Unauthorized attempts to access admin areas are prohibited.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You agree to pay all fees associated with the package or plan you select. Monthly plans require a 12-month minimum commitment, as described in our Service Agreement.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are detailed in our Service Agreement. In summary: one-time purchases may be refundable before work begins; monthly plan setup fees are non-refundable once work begins, and monthly plans require a 12-month minimum term.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, branding, and materials created by GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing remain our property until full payment is received for one-time purchases, at which point ownership of the completed website transfers to you. For monthly plans, you receive a license to use the website while your subscription is active.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., booking platforms, social media, Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or booking volumes. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or our Service Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GreenSpace Web & Digital Marketing harmless from claims arising from content you provide, your use of the website, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
